Julia: I find it interesting that I am familiarised with all departments. This exposes me to a variety of tasks, and it never gets boring.
ehb: What is your impression of the team?
Julia: All the employees are very nice and friendly. If you have any questions, you can always get help. I have the feeling that everyone really takes time for me and makes an effort to explain everything clearly.

Raul Friesen trained as an office management assistant at ehb - since graduating in 2021, he has been working in purchasing.
ehb:Raul, what was so special about training at ehb?
Raul: I liked the fact that you get a deep insight into each area and that you are involved in the work process. You also quickly get a certain amount of responsibility and learn to work independently and further develop yourself. Diversity and harmony in the departments are further aspects that make the training particularly enjoyable.
Luca Schmidt
Luca Schmidt is currently training as an electronics technician for devices and mechanical engineering at ehb
ehb: Luca, why did you decide to do an apprenticeship at ehb?
Luca: I had already been interested in electronics beforehand, so the subject areas here are particularly exciting for me. In addition, ehb is easy to reach thanks to its links to the public transport network.
ehb: What is your impression of the team?
Luca: All the employees are very friendly. I can always find someone to talk to if I have any questions. I have fun at work with my colleagues and we can laugh together.
